Q: Can I book accommodation through the conference registration, and how do I do this?

A: Accommodation bookings can be made via the online registration form from 1 June until 15th March, 2018. After this date bookings are subject to availability.

When do registrations open?

A: Early bird registration is now open. A limited number of discounted Super Saver Early Bird registrations are available for the first 50 delegates to register. Standard early bird rates will apply until early bird closes on 14 February 2018.

How much is a registration and what is included?

Q: Can a registration be shared with more than one person from the same organisation?

A: Registrations cannot be shared with more than one person from the same organisation.


Q: Do presenters have to register and pay for the Conference?

A: Presenters must register and pay to attend the Conference. Presenters have the option of registering for a Day Registration on the day they are scheduled to present.


Q: What is the format of the poster sessions?

A: More information will be made available for poster presenters in the lead up to the Conference.


Q: How do I submit my presentation – PowerPoint and/or poster?

A: More information will be made available to presenters in the lead up to the Conference.


Q: Will there be a speaker preparation room onsite and when can I visit it?

A: Yes. Presenters will be provided with more information in the lead up to the Conference.


Q: When is the Call for Abstracts open?

A: Call for abstracts is now open. Visit the Call for Abstracts page to download the BSA 2018 Submission Instructions & Guidelines and to access the Abstract Submission Portal.

Submissions close on 30 September 2017.


Q: Can I review and/or edit my abstract after I’ve submitted it?

A: Yes you can. Visit the Call for Abstracts page to download the BSA 2018 Submission Instructions & Guidelines for more information on submitting, reviewing and editing abstract submissions.
